Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for production and non-production systems
• Troubleshoot complex application and system issues in Unix/Linux environments
• Develop, maintain, and enhance shell scripts for automation and operational efficiency
• Support batch processing and job execution in enterprise environments
• Analyze logs, diagnose issues, and implement permanent fixes
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve system stability
• Ensure adherence to operational processes and documentation standards
• Mentor junior support team members when acting in a lead capacity

Technical Skills Required

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
