Job Description
The Systems Engineer provides end-customer focused technical sales support and influencing, technical management of the account, and is the trusted advisor. The Systems Engineer works as a team, along with a Territory Account Manager(s) and/or Partner Account Managers to sell RUCKUS networking solutions through a network of channel partners. The position of Systems Engineer will perform consultative solutions-based discussions to all levels of decision makers and will also provide technical demos, architectural and best practice designs, proof of concept trials, training, and presentations for end-customers, partners, prospects and at events.
The successful candidate will be a proficient self-starter, with strong technical skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills with proven experience as an end-customer facing Systems Engineer.
