Sr. Systems Management Analyst

Job Description:

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday or Infor CloudSuite modules.
• Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date on platform capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years relevant experience and basic understanding of ERP concepts and enterprise business processes.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, or Infor ION is a plus.
