Sr Tech Supp Professional

As a **Sr Tech Supp Professional** here at Solstice, responsible for directing and coordinating customer technical and field engineering support for the Targets business at Solstice’s Electronic Materials (SEM). This is a key technical role to support all technical customer requests, interaction with Solstice key customers, to identify new opportunities and drive results as well as troubleshooting customer issues. You will be closely aligned with product management and regional/strategic account sales. In addition, this role will ensure customers’ critical technical requirements (CTQs) are identified clearly and will provide technical inputs to Commercial and R&D teams, based on a deep understanding on customers’ application. Ensuring that the company can collectively drive new product developments and expedite qualifications of existing Products.
