Job Description
+ Develops markets level SRM plans based on the total cluster SRM strategy, framework and guidelines.
+ Defines market level annual SRM targets based on cluster AEP commitments.
+ Partners, governs and monitors annual SRM targets delivery, proactively initiates scenario planning and gap closing activities. Ensuring agreed actions are followed through.
+ Conducts internal&external analysis of SRM metrics across markets, cells and category players, including financial and shopper metrics. Derives insights and maps the opportunities to maximize value creation at a local level.
+ Informs annual planning cycle with the market insights, poviding quantitative and qualitative SRM inputs.
+ Provides market level SRM inputs to S&OP+ forums (SRM council, Pricing council, DMR, PMR, MBR etc),
+ Rnsures proper feedback loop between market and cluster SRM, coordinates market decisions in line with SRM roadmap and principles.
