Job Description
Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years database and application development and support experience.
Proven SQL Language Experience with highly performing SQL.
Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
Experience with MS SQL Server.
Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Lead the Operations team, driving strategic direction, Job Monitoring, Scheduling, Configuration and Maintenance of Batch Jobs
Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.
Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction
