What’s The Role?
As a Staff Engineer, you’ll work with a team of 5-10 rockstar engineers in developing cutting edge data analytics products. You’ll be hands-on with architecture, design, and development, driving projects from 0 to 1 while aligning with customer needs and business goals.
What You’ll Do:
Lead architecture and development of complex projects in Gen AI, Applied ML, and Data Analytics.
Ensure scalable, maintainable, and performance-oriented solutions across platforms.
Drive hands-on design and technical leadership through the software lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and business goals.
Mentor team members and contribute to best practices and standards.
Stay current with AI/ML trends and incorporate them into our solutions.
What You Bring:
10+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in an architect/lead role.
