+ Optimize current manufacturing process of various fiber connector termination to improve efficiency, quality yield and decrease cost
+ Develop new process to fit automated manufacturing
+ Manage machine developing and building process, provide technical support to global plants
+ Create test plan for new process, new tools and new automated machine
+ Prepare and submit manufacturing reports as required
+ Assist automation engineer for the new machine, tools prototype validation
+ Create working instruction procedure for new process and automated machine
+ Gathering cost details in analysis of financial performance of new process and automated machine
