Staff Software Engineer (Problem Setter) (India)

What you will do

As a Staff Content Development Engineer at Karat, you will develop high-quality technical interview questions to update Karat’s technical content library for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows across engineering role types (data science, software engineering, etc.). You will also serve as the most senior representative of Content Development in cross-functional content prioritization discussions, upholding Karat’s interview content standards through peer reviews, mentorship, and feedback integration.

We are looking to hire this position out of Bangalore,  India . Working hours will predominantly be IST with required internal meetings that align with timezones in the U.S.
