On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend Test/Probe MPE disposition Test/Probe interface hardware ( load board, probe card etc. ) debugging Responsible for major subcons KPI including Yield MPE cycle time
Bachelor or Master degree from Electrical/Electronic Engineering
