This role is responsible for ensuring HVAC startups are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently while maintaining strong communication across internal teams and builder partners. This position does not manage field technicians but plays a critical role in managing the startup process from scheduling through completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all outstanding items are driven to resolution.
