Operations Manager & Business Analyst . (Tech Engineering, Product and People Ops)
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and extroverted Operations Manager with substantial experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to become the operational backbone of our organization. This hands‑on, data‑oriented leader will be tasked with streamlining daily operations, uncovering actionable insights, and facilitating strategic decision‑making across various teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be managing the tech product and sales operations team
You must be available for meetings from 8 AM to 2 PM Eastern Time to support cross‑functional collaboration.
