As a Kitchen Steward, you are the foundation of our culinary operation. You are the start and the finish of every culinary journey - ensuring our kitchens are clean, organised and compliant, so our chefs can perform at their best and our guests can enjoy exceptional dining experiences.

This is a hands-on role where consistency, care and attention to detail matter. You’ll work behind the scenes to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery and glassware in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchens, stewarding areas, cool rooms and back-of-house spaces.
