Storage Administrator – L2 SKILLS
- 4-7 years of relevant experience on storage technologies such as HP 3PAR, Infinidat, NetApp, Brocade Switches, and management tools (BNA, OCI, Infinimetrics).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Certification in HP 3PAR technology.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
- Availability for on‑call duties as required.
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and scripting knowledge.
- Active participation in service‑improvement plans.
- Monitoring overall process functioning and identifying improvement areas.
- Basic knowledge of Solaris, Linux, and VMware.
