Position Overview
Toolstation is seeking a part‑time Store Assistant for the Aston location. The role is 16 hours per week, fully flexible and requires local residents with easy commute to cover store hours 7 AM–8 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the friendly face of Toolstation, providing excellent customer service and guiding customers to the products they need.
- Assist with deliveries, unpacking stock and keeping the warehouse area organised.
- Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
- Support the sales of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, ensuring customers are informed of benefits and pricing.
- Handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
