Store Assistant in Fort William
10 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
Responsibilities
- You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- You will handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- You will support warehouse tasks and stock shelves.
- You will provide outstanding service, chatting with customers or staying efficient during busy times.
- You will ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need.
- You will be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
- You will maintain high store standards and create a welcoming workplace.
