Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a national team of merchandisers and promoter supervisors. Improve in-store displays to attract and engage customers. Maximize shelf space and ensure displays meet company standards. Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to run effective promotions. Monitor and analyze in-store performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration. 1-3 years experience in sales. Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Proficiency in MS Office. Strong leadership and team management skills.
