Job Overview
Manager – Melfort location at Vaping the Way, a trusted vape supplier in Saskatchewan.
Salary: $19‑23 per hour (based on experience) plus bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff.
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
- Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volume, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Hire and train new sales staff, and monitor and report on performance.
- Ensure visual standards and store image are maintained (store displays, signage, cleanliness).
