Store Manager (Málaga)
As Store Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand image and values, overseeing all daily store operations while leading and working closely with your team to achieve the best results.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Define a sales strategy focused on hitting targets, adapting to peak seasons and workloads, and continuously improving sales processes.
- Customer Experience: Ensure each customer’s shopping experience is unique, advising them during purchases, resolving issues, and maintaining consistent brand representation.
- Team Coordination: Lead the team by organizing schedules and shifts, holding briefings to analyze KPIs and set action plans, fostering a collaborative environment, and developing top talent.
- Operations Control: Coordinate with HQ for restocking and inventory control, maintain store visuals per standards, and ensure policy compliance.
