Lead and coach the customer service team to consistently deliver exceptional omni‑channel experiences, including in‑store eCommerce sales and order fulfillment within defined service levels. Enforce the operating model customer service standards and ensure compliance with visual compliance, store maintenance, pricing, and promotional set‑ups. Deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP audit standards, and rigid inventory control. Oversee preparation for annual inventories and adhere to all corporate LP, Cash, Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures. Create and monitor efficient store weekly scheduling for both sales and support functions.
