Role
As the Store Manager Trainee (SMT), you will work alongside the Store Manager and assist with the direct supervision of the management and store team. You will learn to lead, manage, and ensure the maximization of sales growth in your store. You will also assist with the loss prevention processes in the store including participation in prevention strategies and investigations. You will be enrolled in our Store Manager Trainee training program, which will set you up for success and prepare you to manage your own store within the district.
