The Role
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 7 staff
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with a premium brand experience
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including visual standards and stock management
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture

- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within premium or fashion environments
- A strong leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team
