About the Role

This is a hands-on role responsible for the accurate handling of stock and providing a professional, friendly experience for customers at the trade counter and over the phone. At times, you’ll be working independently, so initiative, reliability, and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch or customer collection

Loading and unloading deliveries safely (forklift use where required)

Completing local deliveries as needed

Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with stocktakes
