Storeroom Coordinator
This position is responsible for managing all storeroom operations, playing a critical role in supporting our plant’s success by ensuring inventory is accurate, accessible, and aligned with manufacturing and maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and manage storeroom inventory using the Maximo systemProcess requests for new items and create purchase requisitions (PRs)Coordinate with the Purchasing team to place and track ordersReceive, verify, and properly document incoming materials and partsDistribute and stock inventory in designated locationsMaintain appropriate stock levels, including critical spare partsPerform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracyAudit and correct documentation discrepancies; create new records as neededCoordinate shipping and receiving activ...
