Associa BC is currently looking for an experienced, licensed Strata Manager. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing large portfolios in BC.

As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for the relationship management with our strata council clients, handling day‑to‑day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes
Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manne...
