Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (based on experience) 3 weeks vacation Medical and Dental benefits Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of strata buildings Scheduling, preparing, attending, and recording minutes for Strata Council meetings, AGMs, and SGMs Working with Council to prepare annual budgets, analyze forecasts and expenses, including the contingency fund; assisting with monthly financial statements and operational reports; managing accounts payable and other strata accounting functions Advising the Strata Council and Owners on issues in accordance with the Strata Property Act, ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and...
