Strategic Account Manager - Enterprise Accounts

This is a senior, customer-facing role responsible for Kennards Hire's most significant enterprise customers.
As the Strategic Account Manager, you will manage a select portfolio of Tier 1 customers with complex, multi-site operations across the building, construction and infrastructure sector. This role focuses on enterprise account strategy, executive engagement and long-term partnership.
About the Role
You will act as the strategic point of contact for Kennards Hire's largest customers, ensuring a consistent, solutions-led experience across regions and teams. Working closely with the State Sales Manager and internal stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver account-level strategies that grow revenue and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
