Strategic Banking Relationship & Sales Lead

RCBC is seeking a motivated individual to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products at Ilagan Business Center.

The ideal candidate will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare sales call plans, and develop effective strategies to market retail banking products. A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program is required, alongside strong sales skills and knowledge in banking.
