Strategic HR Manager & Talent Development Leader

CYS Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Pulilan, Bulacan to strengthen HR strategy and oversee HR operations. The successful candidate will mentor the HR Officer and ensure alignment with organizational goals through effective recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

This role will involve implementing HR strategies, monitoring compliance with labor laws, and driving development initiatives to enhance workforce capability. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field and strong experience in the manufacturing industry are required.
