Strategic Planner (Across Levels)
Location: Gurugram (Onsite)
Experience: 5–15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop brand and communication strategies for integrated campaigns
Conduct consumer, category, and cultural research to derive actionable insights
Create strategic briefs and collaborate closely with creative and servicing teams
Lead presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions with clients
Identify emerging trends and opportunities for brands
Support new business pitches and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements:
5–15 years of experience in advertising, brand strategy, or account planning
Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
Experience working on integrated and digital-first campaigns
Ability to think creatively while grounding ideas in consumer insight
Prior agency experience preferred
