As a senior leader, you’ll guide our product organization, ensuring alignment with customer feedback and market data. Collaborate with various teams to drive execution and operational excellence, while establishing KPIs that measure success within our marketplace ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and communicate product roadmap for growth
• Identify and navigate emerging market trends
• Drive cross-team alignment for product objectives
• Articulate product vision and performance metrics
• Oversee talent development within the team
Requirements:
• 10+ years in product management roles
• 5+ years senior leadership experience
• Proven success in digital marketplace environments
• Strong strategic thinking and analysis skills
