 Build a relationship with the functions outside of IDA 
 Develop and prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
 Work closely with the Resource Management Office for IDA Resource Supply & Demand and cleansing data
 Collaborate with department heads to understand their resource needs and make sure alignment with strategic initiatives.
