Drive impactful sourcing strategies at a leading food and beverage manufacturer. As a Strategic Sourcing Manager in the packaging team, you will negotiate suppliers and manage materials effectively.
This role seeks a motivated candidate with over five years in procurement or strategic sourcing. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to support packaging projects, delivering cost savings while promoting innovation and sustainability within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sourcing strategies for packaging materials
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and manage relationships
• Partner with cross-functional teams on packaging projects
• Drive supplier performance and sustainability initiatives
• Monitor market trends and supply risks
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Experience preferred in food and beverage manufacturing
• Strong asset: packaging sourcing expertise
