Strategy Associate (Boadilla del Monte)

The selected candidate will play an instrumental role in the definition of the payments strategy and in leading the execution of key strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analysis and problem solving, breaking down business problems into structured analyses, assessing growth opportunities, evaluating strategic options, defining frameworks and scenarios, translating complex data into clear insights for decision‑making, and other related activities.
• Deliver market and customer insights, understanding how our competitors are evolving, benchmarking new potential initiatives on the payments landscape, researching payments needs and behaviours, monitoring macroeconomic trends, etc.
