Job Description

This role will lead the identification, planning, and execution of the Technical Group's strategic and transformation initiatives. This role ensures alignment with Corporate and Transformation directives to deliver targeted business and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the structure for identifying, planning, and executing strategic and transformational initiatives in line with corporate and Transformation directives.

• Drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives by ensuring clear execution plans, defined KPIs, measurable targets, and adequate allocation of resources (people, tools, budget).
