Strategy Manager
Wingsmen is hiring a strategy manager.
If you’re the type of person who randomly gets campaign ideas in the middle of the night, studies brands for fun, understands trends before they become trends, and can turn chaos into strategy, we want you on the team.
What You’ll Do
Develop BTL strategies for leading brands
Build campaign and brand strategies
Decode consumer behavior & market trends
Turn client briefs into solid creative directions
Work with creative, digital, production & client servicing teams
Help craft pitches, presentations & big ideas
Think beyond “normal marketing”
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
Understand the world of BTL & experiential marketing
Have 1–2 years of experience in advertising, activations, marketing, or strategy
Know what makes people stop, engage & remember a brand
Are creative, organized & presentation-friendly
Can survive agency madness
