As the Stress Analysis Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a Level 4 Leadership role within the IFG Stress Team, providing administrative leadership to early‑career engineers while also serving as a technical stress analyst.

+ Administrative duties and compensation/award management.
+ Identifying growth opportunities and development plans.
