Job Description
We are looking for Structural Analyst Engineers to strengthen our Hull and Deck Outfitting Department in our Turku and Helsinki offices. You will be part of our experienced FEA team, working on challenging and interesting ship and offshore design projects.
As our FEA team operates across multiple locations (Finland, Poland, and China), strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
- Preparing finite element models for analysis purposes based on the design input.
- Analyzing the strength & fatigue of the structures (both in full vessel- and local models).
- Producing analysis reports based on structural analyses.
- Proposing structural modifications for design based on the analysis results.
- Providing subject matter expertise towards the project.
- Communicating between Clients and Classification Societies when it comes down to strength and fatigue related topics. <...
