Structural Design Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or any relevant course

· Must have 5-10 years work experience in drafting or 3D modelling or steel detailing

· Experience in drafting for structural steel and building

· Knowledge in Modeling/Editing/2D drawings and Custom Component

· Accurate, keen on details and able to work under pressure

· Able to meet deadlines and work on a fast-paced environment

· A sound understanding of engineering design principles would be beneficial

· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel/ Autocad/ TEKLA which is a MUST, familiar with custom component and Built-up sections

· A great multi tasker and be able to pick up new ideas quickly

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Reports to Senior Structural Engineer, and in her absence, to Project Development and Design Manager.

· Creates drawings of building plans and structures using TEKLA software
