LHB has an immediate opportunity for a Structural Engineer in Training to join our Energy and Industry Business Unit. The position can be based out of our Duluth or Minneapolis, Minnesota offices.
Position Summary
The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
Work effectively in hybrid work environment Prepare structural design calculations and drawings under guidance of an experienced engineer Participate in virtual and in-person project and department team meetings Communicate effectively and respectfully with design team Assist with, direct, and perform project drafting Work with other engineers and technicians to perform field assessments of existing structures Assist with construction site visits and field observations Complete requests for information and review of submittals Meet client objectives, and exceed their expectations
