Work Schedule:
10pm - 7am PH (Monday - Friday)
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field) required. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE or SE), Registered Architect, Engineer Intern (EI) or IIBEC certification (RBEC, CBECxP) preferred; FORTIFIED accredited evaluator a plus
- 3+ years of experience in risk engineering, loss prevention studies, or site-specific wind
- evaluations for commercial and multifamily properties.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting structural drawings, wind load calculations, and
- building envelope systems.
- Deep understanding of ASCE 7 Minimum Design Loads and Associated Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures.
- Familiarity with FORTIFIED standards for commercial and multifamily buildings and/or ASTM Standard Guide for Property Resilience Assessments.
