Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications (including SS EN , BCA Codes ) and overall project requirements .
- Coordinate structural design aspects with Architectural, M&E, and C&S consultants to prevent design clashes.
- Prepare or review structural calculations, method statements, temporary works designs, rebar schedules , and shop drawings .
- Ensure all structural works comply with BCA, URA, PUB, LTA, NEA, and SCDF regulatory requirements.
- Conduct structural inspections , including Rebar , Formwork , Concreting , and Structural TOP inspections .
- Work closely with Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO) to ensure that site works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
