Structured Cabling Technician II

Job Summary
The Structured Cabling Technician II is responsible for independently installing, terminating, testing, and dressing copper and fiber cabling systems within data center and large-scale commercial environments. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to read basic drawings, follow industry standards, and execute work with minimal supervision. The Technician II plays a key role in ensuring structured cabling systems are installed to specification, tested for performance, and delivered on schedule while maintaining strict safety and security compliance.

Job Responsibilities
Install, route, and secure copper and fiber cabling in data center environments
Build and install cable pathways including ladder rack, basket tray, and J-hooks
Pull, route, and label cables while maintaining proper bend radius and support
Terminate copper cabling including Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A connections
