Structures Asset Engineer – Connect Plus Services | M25 Network

At Connect Plus Services, we manage and maintain the strategic infrastructure of the M25 motorway network, one of the busiest and most complex road networks in Europe. We are looking for a Structures Asset Engineer to join our Asset Management Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of whole lifecycle asset management strategies.
• Maintain and update asset management systems, review condition data, and support bridge inspections.
• Identify and prioritise renewal and maintenance interventions across over 2,500 structures.
• Collaborate with the Structures Manager and Senior Structures Asset Engineers to develop long‑term asset strategies, including annual, five‑year, and thirty‑year plans.
• Support scheme identification, option studies, and lifecycle planning activities.
