As a Procurement Student, you should be enrolled in a relevant DEP program such as accounting or supply chain management. French proficiency is essential, and knowledge of English is beneficial. Your responsibilities include processing purchase orders, purchasing inventory based on ERP recommendations, and supporting our director and buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage purchase orders efficiently
• Purchase inventory according to ERP Min/Max guidance
• Regularly follow up with suppliers for outstanding orders
• Provide assistance to buyers and executive teams
• Build constructive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
