Rose Up Fitness is opening a brand-new training facility with a simple mission: to help athletes and adults become stronger, healthier, more confident versions of themselves through individualized coaching and a supportive community. We are seeking a Studio Manager & Lead Coach to help build the business from the ground up, shape culture, member experience, coaching standards, and future growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- As Studio Manager, oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility including:
- Membership onboarding and client experience
- Coach scheduling and team coordination
- Facility organization and cleanliness
- Membership administration and retention
- Supporting marketing, events, and community initiatives
