Job Description
Leverage your expertise as a Subcontractor Risk Analyst with Ledcor in Calgary. You will drive the Subcontractor Default Insurance program while focusing on financial assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
In this hybrid role, you will report to the Director of Subcontractor Risk Management. With at least four years of experience in risk management, specifically in commercial construction, you will evaluate subcontractor pre-qualification information and maintain compliance with Ledcor’s risk strategy. Your strong analytical and organizational skills will help you deliver key reports and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review financial statements and work-on-hand schedules
• Evaluate subcontractor pre-qualification compliance
