Wireless Products: Access Points & Controllers , SMB Routers , Media Converters , End of Life Products , Range Extenders And Adapters
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Lifecycle
Own technical aspects of wireless products across their lifecycle—from evaluation to release and post-deployment.
Drive feature updates, firmware, drivers, utilities, and documentation updates within defined timelines.
Ensure product readiness through close coordination with R&D, QA, manufacturing, and field teams.
Testing & Validation
Lead technical testing and evaluation of new wireless products.
Support QA approvals and ensure issues are identified and resolved before release.
Customize product interfaces and documentation (GUI, user manuals, QIGs, utilities) post-validation.
Post-Sales & Customer Support
Provide Level-3 technical support for complex escalations from field teams, partners, and customers.
