Epsilon Systems has a job opportunity for a SubSafeTechnical Writer III in the Modernization and Engineering division located in Portsmouth, VA.

Summary: Directly reports to the Technical Engineer in our Portsmouth, Va. location. Research, read, interpret and apply applicable drawings, technical manuals, specifications from government furnished documents to develop technical instructions, QA Work Books, Work Packages, Test and Inspection Plans, Technical Work Documents (TWDs) and other related documents for work performed on government and commercial contracts, specializing in Hull, Mechanical and Electrical work. Prepare work packages and QA Work Books prior to start-work for completeness, accuracy and compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements. Provide testing criteria such as gauge ranges, relief valve settings, cleanliness requirements, acceptance criteria, etc. in the body of TWD’s or other test documents and on applicable QA forms.
