We’re looking for a
Summer Trainee, Transformation Office
to join the KONE Service team in Espoo, Finland. In this internship, you will work alongside experienced program and transformation professionals and contribute to the success of the Accelerate Digital Transformation and Field Service Management program.
You will use AI tools to streamline program change management activities, business requirements work, and program documentation to support efficient knowledge sharing. In addition, you will apply your AI expertise to analyze and improve the KPI landscape of our transformation programs. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across business lines as well as R&D and IT.
The internship is four months paid full-time work starting in spring. The start date can be agreed mutually to suit your studies and preferences. This position is located to Espoo, Finland.
